Hi there, sorry for the bad experience. Although we use DHL to delivery, your location is at remote area and DHL had to pass the package to the third party to deliver. I don't know why the third party cannot find your address to deliver and then cause you had to pick up by yourself. We have informed DHL about the problem with this shipment.
